Delete your account

To delete your Am Echad account and associated personal data, email us at uri.izhaki@gmail.com.

Steps

1. Send an email to uri.izhaki@gmail.com with the subject “Delete Am Echad account”.
2. Include the phone number you used to register (and your nickname if you remember it).
3. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also delete your account yourself inside the Am Echad app: Profile → Delete account.

What is deleted

Profile, phone hash, devices, location data, watch places, likes, dispatches, and messages. Comments may remain anonymized so threads stay readable. Incident reports may remain anonymized within their normal retention window (up to 180 days).
